name is Cate Eales and I write the weekly (Thursday) computer news and
advice column for
Castanet.net - Kelowna's Home Page.I want to help you and your computer get along. If your computer is misbehaving, or you're being swamped with computer nasties, or if everything was working just fine until your kids or grandkids got their hands on it, I can help. If you want to expand your skills, get a grip on your email, or learn how to use a webcam or scanner or digital camera; if you want to put your music onto an mp3 player or a video onto a cd, or publish your own website, I can offer one-on-one instruction at your own pace. And if you want some help with a computer purchase so you are not over (or under) sold, I can help with some expert and unbiased independent advice and support. I will visit your home or office in the Kelowna area to fix or prevent problems, install or upgrade software and hardware, and provide personalized training so that you can get the most out of your computer.
